August 24, 2024 （ Sat ） Connecting Meeting will be held from 10:00 am at the Funabashi City Kinro Shimin Center. This meeting will be co-hosted with "Imakoko Cafe," a gathering for people with juvenile dementia and their families in Chiba Prefecture.
Tsunagaru Meeting is a place where individuals diagnosed with dementia, their families, and those who are concerned about dementia can discuss their daily thoughts and experiences. Come and spend a fun time together while interacting with your friends ？
