The possibility exists that this is an inspection business that offers to inspect water heaters by phone or door-to-door, and after the inspection, the customer is led to believe that the water heater will break if it is not inspected, and is then forced to sign a contract for water heater replacement or other work.

・ Do not allow a contractor who offers to inspect your water heater over the phone or by door-to-door visit to easily let you do so.
・ Check with the manufacturer or distributor.
・ If you have agreed to an inspection visit, it is a good idea to contact them in advance to decline. If you are unable to contact them to decline the inspection and you are visited, do not open the door, but refuse the inspection emphatically over the intercom.
