Futtsu City】Have you applied for the Child Medical Expense Beneficiary Certificate （ equivalent to high school student ） yet?

In accordance with the expansion of the Child Medical Expense Subsidy to the first March 31 after the date of reaching 18 years of age from October 2023, those born between April 2, 2005 and April 1, 2008 are required to apply in order to receive a Child Medical Expense Subsidy Certificate.
*People who hold a single parent medical expense subsidy entitlement ticket also need to apply, as the child medical expense subsidy entitlement ticket has priority.
