Fatal Traffic Accident Occurs in Chiba Minami Police Station ！ ！.

May 27 （ Monday ） At about 8:00 a.m., a head-on collision occurred between two standard-sized passenger cars on a road near the Okido Interchange on the former Sotobo Toll Road.
One person was killed in this accident.
At night, pedestrians and bicyclists are more difficult to spot due to reduced visibility.
Also, our sense of speed is dulled and we tend to overspeed.
