Yome-ru" Health Information Mail: Reservations accepted for pediatric vaccination against the new strain of coronavirus

Reservations for vaccination against the novel coronavirus for children （ 5 years ～ 11 years ） vaccinations have been accepted from today, October 16, at approximately 11:45 a.m., for the period from October 29 to November 25, 2012.
The vaccine to be used during this period is the monovalent vaccine corresponding to the pediatric Omicron strain XBB.1.5. It is used for the first （ 1 ， 2nd ） and additional （ 3rd and subsequent ） inoculations.

The autumn 2023 start of vaccination will begin on September 20, and those who have completed the first （ 1 ， 2nd dose ） will be able to receive one dose during this period. In addition, the vaccine used for the initial （ 1 ， 2nd dose ） will also be changed to the pediatric XBB-compatible vaccine from the same day.
If you wish to be vaccinated, please fully understand the advantages （ such as prevention of serious illness ） and disadvantages （ such as adverse reactions ） of vaccination, and consider it according to your health condition and convenience in order to prepare for the year-end and New Year holidays.
