Robberies by "black market" workers are on the rise.

Since August 2024, there have been a series of burglaries committed by "black market jobbers" in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and the victims have now been confirmed in Chiba Prefecture as well. The reported methods of the crimes include breaking and entering by breaking doors and windows, or by posing as delivery persons or door-to-door salesmen.
