Do not trust any talk of money, cash cards, etc., hang up the phone immediately and call the police.

There have been a number of refund frauds in which a caller claims to be from a public institution such as a city hall and says, "I have a refund for medical expenses," and asks to use an ATM at a financial institution or convenience store to swindle you out of money.

Criminals instruct victims to operate ATMs with their cell phones.
