[Story]
Ruriko Midorikawa and Takeshi Hongo escape from the mysterious organization SHOCKER.
The organization has been working on the "Insect Synthetic Augmentation Project," which modifies the human body to enhance its ability to kill, and Hongo was its masterpiece.
He exhibits superhuman strength by wearing a helmet.
With the backing of the government trying to stop the project, Hongo and Midorikawa face off against a string of assassins unleashed by the organization.
Directed and written by Hideaki Anno, who also planned ・ and wrote the original "Evangelion" tetralogy and was the general director and screenwriter of "Shin ・ Godzilla" （ 2016 ）.
A new original work, respecting Shotaro Ishinomori's "origin".
Takeshi Hongo （ MASKED RIDER ） is played by Sousuke Ikematsu, Ruriko Midorikawa by Minami Hamabe, and Tasuku Emoto by Hayato Kogei （ MASKED RIDER #2 ）.
