Beware of automated voice calls requesting unpaid charges that you do not remember!

The Consumer Affairs Center has received a number of complaints from consumers that they have received automated voice calls claiming to be from a real company or public institution, demanding usage fees for a website they have no recollection of, or unpaid electricity bills.

〇 If you receive a phone call from a person requesting you to pay an unpaid charge that you do not remember, do not take the call and ignore it.

〇 If you have any questions, find out the original contact information of the business yourself and contact them.

〇 If you have any concerns, consult the "Noda City Consumer Affairs Center".
