Kashiwa City Disaster Prevention and Safety Division （ 04-7167-1115 ） Kashiwa Police Station arrested one male touting on the street ahead of Kashiwa 4-chome on November 20, 2011.
Kashiwa City is working with the ， Kashiwa Police Department and local residents to promote measures against illegal touts in the Kashiwa Station area.
Touting is regulated by the Kashiwa City Touting Ordinance and the ， Law for the Proper Operation of Businesses and Entertainment ， Nuisance Prevention Ordinance, and there have been cases where people who have followed touts have been involved in crime or trouble, so please do not follow them.
