suspicious person information

August 24 （ Saturday ） At around 6:15 p.m., a female student was followed while traveling from Fujimi Park in Togo, Mobara City.
When the female student riding her bicycle stopped a few kilometers from Fujimi Park, the suspicious person approached her from about 2.5 meters away from the female student.
The suspicious person said, "You are a student, aren't you? We had a tournament today, do you want to have another one tomorrow?"
Student "I think there is a men's tournament tomorrow."
Suspicious person "I'm an equal gender"
After having this conversation, he ran away.
The female student became scared, so she went home, talked to her parents, and called the police.
The suspicious person was described as male, about 170 cm tall, of normal build, wearing a white hat and T-shirt. He was riding a blue-green bicycle.
