We have lessons twice a month at the Kanada Community Center.

Conditioning is the hottest topic of the moment, and is an exercise to prepare the body.
We will take out your body's habits, put you in the correct position, and then
train you so that you will not be distorted.
The exercises are not too strenuous or strenuous, so
