I-Chi-O-Shi" vol. 5 is published

Along with the city's own point system, "Ichihara Suishikatsudo System （ a.k.a. ： Ichi-Suishi ）", which aims to connect citizen groups and citizens and revitalize the community, we published a booklet "I-Chi-O-Shi" vol. 5 to let more people know about people who are active in the community.
