2 Prevent traffic accidents at dusk ・ night ・ dawn
3 Wear bicycle helmet 3 Wearing bicycle helmets and obeying traffic rules

At the end of the year, there are more opportunities to drink alcohol, and there is concern that traffic accidents may occur due to drunken driving. Also, since the sun sets earlier in the year, there is concern about an increase in traffic accidents at dusk, at night, and at dawn. Let's prevent traffic accidents by each of us observing traffic rules and practicing proper traffic manners.
