a tax refund scam caller says,
"I sent you the documents regarding the tax refund along with the flat-rate tax reduction in January, have you received them? After this, you are asked for personal information such as your name, date of birth, and the bank with which you do business, or you are told, "Please go to an ATM corner at a bank or convenience store today, as there is still time." If you go to an ATM as instructed, you will be cheated out of your money.
You cannot get a refund for taxes or medical expenses at ATM corners of banks or convenience stores ！
Even if you are told over the phone that you will get your money back after the transfer operation, you will not get your money back ！ Do not be fooled ！
Do not be fooled by scammers
1 Always set your home landline phone to "voicemail" or "block caller ID" to avoid answering unnecessary calls
2 Use number display to check the phone number of the other party
3 Call the representative phone number of the tax office or government office to check
4 Warn ・ Utilize the call recording function
5 Do not give out personal information over the phone
and other measures.
