The weather forecast has been announced that the risk of heat stroke is extremely high today.
The extremely high temperatures may cause heat stroke, which may lead to damage to human health.
・ Then, take frequent breaks and drink plenty of water ・ and salt.
・ Elderly people and infants are especially vulnerable to heat stroke.
・ Everyone should check the heat index in their immediate surroundings and stop exercising, etc. except in cool environments （ Everyone should create an environment that facilitates proactive heat stroke prevention ）.

≪ Criteria to be notified by the city ≫
1. If a "Heat Stroke Alert" is issued for Chiba Prefecture at 5:00am on the day.
2. When a "Special Heat Stroke Alert" is issued for Chiba Prefecture at 2:00 p.m. on the previous day.
