（ 3 ） Late-Stage Medical Care for the Aged Insurance premiums 5th term

* As of March 31, 2023, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited ceased handling municipal taxes, etc., and Resona Bank, Limited handles only account transfer services.
*Payments can be made by credit card or smartphone application through the local tax payment website from April 2023.
However, only if there is a QR code or eL number printed on the payment slip. （ *Not applicable to insurance premiums ）
