Beware of Phone De Fraud ！ ！

This is an announcement from Tateyama Police Station.
Today, an elderly person living in Kaibatsu, Wada-cho, Minami-Boso-shi, received a phone call from a person claiming to be his/her son in an Oreore scam.
The caller said something like, "I made money in stocks, so I have to pay taxes." The caller says something like, "I made money from stocks, so I have to pay taxes on it.
Such a call is a scam.
Even if the caller gives the name of a relative, do not immediately trust them and do not give any information about whether they are home or not, or how much cash they have in storage.
Hang up on suspicious calls and consult a family member or the police.
To prevent damage, it is important to set your home landline to voicemail even when you are at home and do not talk to the person on the other end of the line.
