Cancer Screening ・ Tickets for Specific Health Examination, etc. were sent to eligible persons in late April. If you do not have a ticket or if you moved to this city on or after April 2 and wish to take the examination, please apply for a ticket through the Chiba e-Application Service or contact the Health Promotion Division by phone. The examination ticket expires at the end of January 2025. Medical facilities become crowded as the expiration date approaches, so we recommend making an appointment as soon as possible.
