The malicious contractors will offer a free inspection now, and if you don't repair the roof soon, you will be in trouble. Malicious contractors will try to make you sign a contract for an exorbitant amount of money by verbally arousing your anxiety with such slogans as, "Now is the time for a free inspection.
Elderly people tend to be targeted more often, and there is a risk that their asset information will be obtained, leading to other serious crimes such as burglary.

If a vendor comes to your house, do not easily enter the house and use the intercom, etc. And do not rush to sign a contract.
