and said
"We have your refund. Have you received an application form ？?
A scam caller was confirmed to be saying.

If you get a phone call saying
I sent you a form
Refund （ Refund ） I have money
I need a card
I can do it at an ATM
and other keywords, "This is a scam ！ ！ ！" and immediately hang up the phone unilaterally.
