Futtsu City】Spring National Traffic Safety Campaign

The Spring National Traffic Safety Campaign will be held for 10 days from April 6, 2024 （ Saturday ） to April 15, 2024 （ Monday ）.

Slogan: "Raise your hand and gently watch over the pedestrian crossing"

≪ Emphasis of the campaign ≫
1. Ensure a safe road traffic environment for children and practice safe crossing methods
2. <1266> Encourage "mutual sharing" of driving
3 Bicycle ・ Wear helmets and observe traffic rules when using specified small motorized bicycles
4 Foster a social environment where "never drink and drive, never allow, and never tolerate"

・ The time when children enter kindergarten is a time of celebration for the start of kindergarten. Traffic accidents involving children tend to increase around this time of year.
Therefore, let's prevent traffic accidents by making children aware of being a member of the traffic society and learning basic traffic rules and manners, and by making drivers more protective of pedestrians, so that each and every citizen of the prefecture will observe traffic rules and practice proper traffic manners.
