Today, in the Utsukushigaoka area of Yotsukaido City, you received a suspicious phone call from a person pretending to be an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications saying, "This line will become unavailable.

These calls are being made for some reason. These calls are a prelude to a scam in which you will be asked to provide [money] or [cash card] for some reason.
If the caller mentions money or a card, it is a scam.
Talk to a family member or the police.
Also, always leave your landline phone on voicemail.
