Your cell phone is being used fraudulently in Ichihara City by someone pretending to be a police officer from a real police station

An account in your name is being used for fraud.

After making the call, a phone de scam victim was tricked into creating a new bank account or installing a smartphone app that deals in crypto assets （ virtual currency ） to swindle you out of your money.
Police officers will never call citizens' homes and force them to open bank accounts or install smartphone apps.
If you receive such a suspicious call at your home, please do not make a decision on your own, check with your family or consult the police.
