90 students per course （ Only one course per person ）

Please write your desired course, zip code, address, name （ furigana ） and telephone number.

*1 If you send a return postcard, please remember to include your return address.
*2 The mailing fee will be changed from October 1 (Tue. ）).
Please make sure to attach a stamp for 85 yen to the return mail so that we can notify you whether you are accepted or not after October 10 （ Thursday ）.
If there is not enough money to pay for the return mail, we will send it by payee's payment.
