Since July, there have been 3 cases of theft targeting unlocked bicycles. So, if you are away from your bicycle even for a short time, be sure to lock it to prevent theft.
There have also been thefts targeting solar power cables and outdoor units of air conditioners, so please consider measures such as installing security cameras and lighting fixtures and assigning security guards.
