This is an announcement for those who have received a notice of delivery of a My Number Card and have not yet received the card.
It is now easier to make an appointment to receive your My Number Card.
Reservations can be made via the reservation site for the issuance of the personal number card, which is linked to the city's homepage, using a smartphone or other device. When making an appointment, you will need your "reservation number" and "confirmation number", which are written on the issuance notice postcard （ and affixed on a sticker ）. If you are unsure, please contact the reservation telephone number below.
Applications for the Miner Point can be made until the end of September. Please pick up your card as soon as possible because of the expected congestion near the application deadline.
Please note that the application closing date and the final payment ・ charge deadline date to be eligible to receive points may differ for each payment service. It is recommended to apply as early as possible. Please check the detailed page of each cashless payment service or the website of each company for the expiration date.
In addition, those who have applied for the card by the end of February 2023 are eligible for the second round of miner points.

Citizen's Division and Branch Offices ・ The counter at the branch offices will be crowded and time consuming depending on the procedure. We will provide you with an estimate of the busy days and times, so if it is convenient for you, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in avoiding the busy days and times.
Also, if you already have your My Number Card, you can use the Convenience Store Delivery Service and the Moving One-Stop Service without coming to the counter.
