Training Course for Transcriptionists "First Semester"
This course is held by the Chiba Center for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired with the aim of improving the welfare of the hearing impaired by training transcriptionists who support communication among the hearing impaired, especially those who are deaf-mute or have difficulty learning sign language.

[Application Method] Download the application form from the Chiba Hearing Impaired Center website and submit by mail, e-mail attachment or fax.
[Others] Noda City is training and expanding the number of communication supporters based on the Noda City Sign Language Ordinance and the Noda City Ordinance on Smooth Communication for Persons with Disabilities. Noda City subsidizes the cost of textbooks, transportation, and course rewards for those who have completed a training course for a person with a written summary.
