（ 3 ） Long-term care insurance premium 3rd term <
（ 4 ） Late-stage medical insurance premiums for the elderly: 2nd term

*As of March 31, 2023, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited ceased handling municipal taxes, and Resona Bank, Limited handled only account transfer services.
*Payments can be made by credit card or smartphone application through the local tax payment website from April 2023.
However, only if there is a QR code or eL number printed on the payment slip. （ *Not applicable to insurance premiums ）
