On December 2, 2024, the issuance of the current health insurance card will be terminated and the system will be shifted to one based on the use of the insurance card （ Mynah Insurance Card ） with the My number card.
We will accept consultations regarding questions and concerns about the Minor Insurance Card, such as how to register for the Minor Insurance Card and how to use the card at medical institutions ・ and pharmacies, as well as applications for the Minor Insurance Card at the same time.
We will also take your face photo and support you in the application process for the My Number Card free of charge, so please feel free to visit us.
*A person under 15 years old must be accompanied by a legal representative when applying for a My Number Card.
