Compensation (Details)

・ Minimum 2 weeks after passing the interview ～ There will be a training period of about 2 months. （ *No salary will be paid during this period. ）
You will be required to enter the school and learn basic massage and muscles. （ *The entrance fee is 0 yen, but if you quit during the course of the training, you will be charged a penalty fee for the training until then ）

・ After passing the check of rubbing and relaxing techniques, you will move to training for office work as hourly staff （ *From here, you will receive 1050 yen per hour for no experience Experienced staff will work at 1100 yen per hour ）
・ Debut after completing the office work training
After debut, you will work as consignment staff （ *Up to 6 months work as hourly staff is possible ）
The salary of consignment staff, ＋ 50% of the treatment fee Nomination fee ＋ Incentive based on sales （ *Only staff with a certain amount of sales will be paid ）
Example ） Staff with no experience and 4 years of service ： About 260,000 per month
No experience to staff with 1 year of service ： about 200,000 per month
staff with experience and 3 years of service ： about 350,000 per month
